Data Deletion Request

You may request deletion of information associated with your TikTok connection to VideoDFCY Creator Studio.

Disconnect or revoke access

Use Disconnect in the publishing workspace to remove the saved TikTok connection for this browser session. You can also revoke the application's access in your TikTok account settings.

Request deletion

Email postmaster@dingfengchuangyu.com with the subject Data Deletion Request. Include your TikTok display name, the approximate connection or submission date, and the information you want deleted. Use an email address where we can reply.

We may request additional information to verify ownership. Do not send TikTok passwords, access tokens, application secrets or authorization callback URLs.

Processing

After verifying ownership, we acknowledge requests within 7 business days and normally complete deletion within 30 days, unless retention is required by law. Deletion includes the relevant saved tokens, connection information and submission records held by this service. Temporary file-upload copies are cleaned after the transfer attempt; interrupted copies are handled by expiry cleanup.

Deleting this service's data does not delete content already sent to or published on TikTok. Manage that content in TikTok.
